This should be a good story. I've been on a cruise ship in one of these particular rooms, so I can picture this setup. I can't imagine being so close to an ex and the friend who took him. I can feel the anger and misunderstanding of why. Then to be trapped for months on a cruise ship with these people. This should be an interesting ride. Hope to read the whole story.
