From the first look, the characters are stereotypical and shallow in an annoying way. While I do find myself wondering why the MC's ex-boyfriend and ex-best friend are acting the way they are and how all of this leads to murder, I'm kind of worried the mystery/thriller aspects will be written in the same way as the characters.
