The first thing I loved about the first look is the narrative voice. It was easy to slip into the story and I'd finished the excerpt before I even realized it, and it definitely left me wanting more. The scene is set and I need to know how it all plays out.
The cover is also super intriguing. It combined with the prologue hint at a captivating and thriller murder mystery. I can't wait to finish the book!
