I love these murder mysteries where everyone is trapped in one place and one of them is a serial killer, it reminds me of Agatha Christie's 10 Little Indians book, where one by one someone is killed and it gets more and more intense with each chapter.
The blurb on the side was interesting - there's some humor? So maybe this isn't a totally gory murder mystery, maybe it's more along the lines of a Veronica Mars episode.
