hate murder podcasts, love murder books
Lying in the Deep is a very upfront and straightforward novel. Its writing is precise and to the point, which is how I like thrillers. Just from the prologue, we are told point blank that there has been a gruesome murder, and it is up to us to read as quickly as we can to piece it together, which I am looking forward to doing.
