Lying in the Deep is the latest young adult thriller from author Diana Urban. Set in the tight, gossipy world of the cruise ship ‘Sea Voyager’, we follow Jane, who is starting her semester at sea (thanks to a scholarship). The opening sets up the group dynamics, as we are introduced to the other key players on board. They include glamour couple of Lainey and Silas, who happen to be Jane’s ex-best friend and ex-boyfriend.
