Hopeless romantic Vietnamese-American Valentina is ready to swear off love -- she believes her family is cursed to always suffer broken hearts -- but then she runs into a cute Chinese-American boy and his quiet Korean/Chinese-American cousin at a Lunar New Year lion dance (they are the team of dancers that make up one of the lions), and without meaning to, Valentina develops feelings for both of them over the course of the next year.
❤️❤️❤️🧧 I loved this so much! It's not often that a graphic novel will completely shatter your heart multiple times, but Yang and Pham's storytelling is just THAT good -- best to keep those tissues handy!
