I admit that I am a sucker for a graphic novel. I enjoy seeing the character's expressions and from that pulling more form the dialogue. This one delivers. It is well written, with dynamic character, a well paced plot, and the setting is fun while also being relatable. I love the illustrations. The artist is great at adding in small details that really make the story pop. I loved the plot, art, characters, and the setting. I am not sure what I can say except read it! This is the kind of book that will interest even people who claim to not read graphic novels or those dreaded people who claim to not enjoy graphic novels and has never read one before. This one is beginner friendly and I would highly suggest that libraries pick this one up. It is exciting and entertaining and will ne a great addition to any collection intended to teens and adults.
