I knew right away that I wanted to read all of Lunar New Year Love Story by Gene Luen Yang and LeUyen Pham.
The artwork is just gorgeous. While the text is sparse, I found myself staring at page after page, thanks to the detail in the art.
Surprisingly, I'm not sure the book cover itself does the insides justice. However, the fireworks may be beautiful in person - it might be my monitor that's making the cover appear too flat and dull.
