For someone that is not usually into graphic novels, I found myself quite invested in this story. The artwork is super cute and I love the way that cupid is drawn differently from the other characters. I also thought this was going to be a story about outgrowing things from childhood so I never saw the twist coming that her mom had not died, but instead left. I am actually very interested to see where this story goes, which is not typical for me, as again, graphic novels are not my thing.
