Since I haven’t read many graphic novels, this was my first real introduction to the genre…I think the author did a fine job, both graphically and story-wise, in making a story that anyone will enjoy. Val, the protagonist of the story, finds herself in the middle of heartwarming, tangled family situations that will engage the reader and leave a profound impact!
