I am a huge fan of graphic novels, and anything by Gene Luen Yang is an automatic read for me! Based on the First Look, this collaboration with LeUyen Pham is another slam dunk. Based on the plot summary, I was expecting more of a rom-com vibe but the excerpt delivered more family drama instead. I love the way the colors match the mood on each page, and I can't wait to read more!
