I was really curious about reading this book. We are about to move to a different place, and in the process of getting rid of some of the stuff to ease off the transition. And by doing it, we kind of rethink what really matters in life.

In this book, the Minimalists authors focus on "Love People" and "Use Things", in the sense that meaningful relationships and experiences are always better than accumulating stuff. Throughout the book they provide tips on how to reduce the clutter and focus on what really matters - not only with physical stuff but also with other things in life (from money - no debt - to self - getting rid of toxic relationships).

I thought it was curious that they suggest doing a "moving party" to help minimize the stuff you own (pretend you are moving, packing everything, and then prioritizing what you really need) and since we are actually moving this seems like a great way to reduce the clutter and start thinking what really matters in life.
