I usually like reading self-help books, but this one was monotonous. Exactly how much can you write about minimalism? The writing style was horrible in my opinion, and I was very confused during the time I spent reading the first two paragraphs. Middle-aged adults who are extremely bored might find this interesting to some degree though.
