I personally like this book because it lets you know that you should try to imagine life with more time more meaningful relationships instead of just being on your phone enjoying the time with the people you have and continue to grow and not stress out about the little things. This book will definitely make you self reflect and make you think are you doing things for yourself or for others do you have goals set for yourself or others and are your values high enough in life and are you basing everything you do off of your own experience or for what others tell you to do or be.
