I'm not really into self-help books unless they're more comedy/humor with a side of self-help. This book didn't really interest me. I like the concept, the reasoning behind the book but it's not something I care to read more into. I'm not a minimalist person and I don't wish to become one. It's for some people but not for me. I don't need it, I don't want it. I get that the cover is also minimalist but it's very boring.
