I'm not a big fan of self-help books, and usually feel like the information within them is something I could have easily googled and found an article about. I think the authors make this book a bit better by providing their own stories about coming minimalists, it adds personality to the book. However, I'm not interested in the minimalist lifestyle and don't think I would spend money on a self-help.
