I am not usually a person who reads self hep books, I consider them subjective. Like the First Look mentions, it is not a one-size-fits all book and that's why I'm very picky when it comes to books like this one. The first look, doesn't leave me as intrigued as I would like to be, but it does open my curiosity to learn more about this topic. It's the first time I read about "Minimalism", it's not something I do in a daily life and I would like to see what this book has to say about this.
