The thought that having less is better, more fulfilling is of great interest to me. I truly believe that less is more and that you have to intentionally strive for it. Getting rid of "stuff", debt, and relationships that do not serve the life you are working towards, can not only make one lighter, but can open up an entirely new lease on life. I cannot wait to read this and to hone in on the best skills to make this more possible in my life.
