I was looking for a fun February romance to read leading up to Valentine's Day and this one definitely fit the bill! I love author Kate Clayborn's writing style and her ability to create characters that are relatable, realistic and really loveable, in spite of (or maybe because of) their flaws.

When Will first encounters his dream girl, he's a teenager with a vision problem, and she's a teenager on a balcony two floors up, but Will immediately drawn to her - her voice, her laugh, her presence. When an unexpected inheritance brings will back to the same apartment building 16 years later, he meets Nora, who is somehow familiar to him.

Nora is loyal, kind and stubborn, and the building association president. Will is handsome, desperate to sell his inherited apartment, and... also stubborn... and this is a story with quirky neighbors, a close-knit community and Will and Nora's love-hate relationship.

Thoroughly enjoyed this fun read! This review will also be posted on Goodreads, Amazon and my Instagram page: TheLiteraryLC.
