The prologue starts off with a 15 year old boy, Will. He just figured out that his mom has a brother named Donny. He gets sent outside of the apartment building where they were talking so both of the adults can talk to eachother without his presence. He stands outside and hears a voice above him. It turns out to be a girl in a tree. He immediately took a liking to her voice and became curious about her but doesn't ever talk to her. He leaves after he hears the last bit of the conversation with his mom. After that he gets angry because if the conversation his mom and uncle had and quits playing sports and breaks up with his girlfriend.
For the beginning, the thing that interested me the most was the argument between his mom and uncle. Will overhearing Eleanora didn't really interest me much because both of the main characters didn't really meet.
In the first chapter it was a bit more interesting because we got to see the characters interact. The interaction between them was kinda awkward/cute.
For the second chapter we get Wills pov which tells us he remembers Eleanora and how he feels going back to the apartment building after his uncles argument with his mom. It also gives us the reason WHY he's back in the building after 16 years; his uncles left Will with his apartment. It's what I think will cause a bit of banter and dislike between the 2 main characters because of their different views on how the apartment building there at should look like. On one hand, Eleanora seems to want the building to look exactly the same as it looked when she was growing up there. And Will wants it to be completely redecorated so he can sell the apartment his uncle gave him in his will. Thus setting the plot for the rest of the book.

Overall it seems like a good romance read. The writing is fine and easy to read and the plot is cliche BUT seems cute.
