A quirky cast of characters you can’t help but love!
Love at First by Kate Clayborn is the story of Nora and Will who had a balcony meeting in their teens that Will never forgot. Years later, they receive the shared inheritance of an apartment building. Nora is determined to live there and maintain the quirky community of apartment dwellers and Will is determined to fix it up and offload it so he can return to his life as an overworked doctor. However, they cannot deny the connection they share. Is it possible that the inheritance was a sneaky attempt to set them up?
This was an entertaining book with a slow burn enemies to lovers romance that is delightful. As the couple becomes closer, the experience changes both of them. There is a lot of back and forth between them as they work at cross purposes, and Will is gradually drawn in by the interesting cast of characters who live in the building. I listened to this audiobook which just enhanced the experience. I loved it and you will too!
