When Will was in high school, he met his uncle Donny briefly. So he was surprised when he inherited Donny's apartment when his uncle died. Then he found out Donny put a 12 month delay on Will's ability to sell the place. His alternative is to fix the place up and use it as a short-term rental. The residents of the other apartments in the building have other ideas.
