Romance always typically have one individual falling in love with another individual, but what appeals to me about Love at First by Kate Clayborn is that this novel is also about a place and the individuals who live there. I always enjoy a story that includes the community, especially when that community includes a good number of older folks. The setting of this story, an older apartment building, also appeals to me. I expect the story to be fun, quirky, and, hopefully, touching.
