The cover is beautiful with the cursive writing, as first impressions go, you want to grab the book and see what it's all about. The storytelling goes along at a good clip, the reader is compelled to follow along and see where the boy/man's adventure will lead him with an old relic of a building he has no time or patience for. But, it won't be a smooth unload, as his curiosity is piqued by a long time tenant upstairs who will do anything to keep the old building.
