I don't know what it is, but I just can't seem to get into Kate Clayborn's books. I've tried to read Love Lettering and lost interest in the plot, and now here I couldn't make it very far past the prologue. It's definitely a me thing, as others have enjoyed her books and writing. I'm really bummed because the premise sounds great, but I'm not putting myself through I book I have to force myself to read. Hope the winners love this one, though.
