When a book starts off with a dog getting hit by a car and then a Teen lieing about what happened between him and the murdered victim, im sorry but i just cant bring myself to rate it 5 Stars.
Of course this was my first time reading a Novel by Stephen so i wasnt totally sure what to expect so i have to say i WANTED to love it but i felt like the storylines were disconnected in so many ways not to mention too much discriptiveness.
The Characters were interesting to read about. I can't say that i loved them cause it was hard to since each character seemed to have some secret they were holding back from the police.
The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in the book while reading especially when the scenery was described.
Overall an OK YA Thriller but ive read better!! I will read more by Stephen in the future but i hope all his other books arent like this one was.
