I really liked the cover it had a good mystery mood/ hue to it. This was more complex then I thought it would be with a lot of character storylines intertwining but was easy to follow and I enjoyed each character's own part in the overall plot. You get murder when Eden is found dead. Then you have the Jack, Hannah, and Christopher who were with her on her last night alive so what happened and who is to blame?! You get the suburb setting so there is the rich and powerful "everyone knows their name" types and then the not so known who are standing on the outside of the "clique" looking in. I stayed at a steady pace throughout the book until nearing the end when all the pieces intricately fell into place and had a few little surprises I hadn't caught on early since my focus was on each POV and the story with each. I thought the characters were pretty well developed for fitting into one book that had an abundance of things happening. I would say this is less thriller more mystery/ drama type but I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish and at the end both hated and loved the ending! Thank you to BookishFirst and Celadon Books for the chance to read and review this book with my own opinions.
