I thought the book had an absolute fantastic and complicated plot that kept me interested the whole entire time. Although I have never heard of goose girl (so I don't know if it is a good retelling of the story), i still enjoyed it and appreciated the unique storyline. I also loved the art within the book, because it was drawn so beautifully and helped a lot following the plot. The characters were cool too, though I will say that there was not anything I haven't seen before. Not that that is bad, because I could still appreciate each one and each of their personalities. However, I really lived reading about the side plot of Vanja's self esteem. She has flaws, which provided something that readers can relate to. The setting was awesome and felt like classic and medieval. (P.S. I LOVED THIS QUOTE: "Little thieves steal gold, and great ones steal kingdoms, but only one goes to the gallows.")
