I'm a sucker for fairy tale retellings, and I can tell I'm probably going to like this one. I like how casual the narration is, showing Vanja's inner thoughts and personality. It reminds me a little bit of Tangled, where Flynn Rider is narrating his story in his own quippy way. I'm interested to see what happened to Vanja to get to the point she's at now, and how her story will pan out later.
