Something that I've always known about Margaret Owens is her strength to write beautiful sentences. I read her debut The Merciful Crow back in the day, and again, I'm not disappointed with the writing besides her tendency to write a bit faster than I'd like. Little Thieves has me intrigued because it seems to have grown in terms of writing, and I am already interested by these characters, which is a great sign! I'm hopeful for this one, and of course, I adore the cover. Owens team never lets readers down.
