The prologue chapter was very interesting and definitely pulled me in. The first chapter continued the intrigue, but I also started to get more of a sense of the writing and storyline and am not sure if I am completely sold. It definitely feels like a YA book and the writing reflected that. It felt like it's geared to a bit lower on the YA spectrum that I typically prefer, but I'm still going to give it 4 stars because I'm intrigued, it feels unique, and it was easy to read.
