A beautifully written tale of magic and destiny. A young girl abandoned to death and fortune becomes a young woman playing a very dangerous game. I really enjoyed Vanja’s origin story as a cursed child who’s luck doesn’t appear to improve with her new occupation. I can’t wait to see how her cards play out…A must read!
