Oh my goodness. I just want to thank this book for getting me out of my 4 month reading slump.
Little Darlings is a mystery/thriller about a women who is convinced that someone is out to get her and her new set of twins. She is determined to fix the situation and get her peace.
This is definitely a slow paced book, that picks up the speed towards the end. However, I thought it worked perfectly. Our main protagonist, Lauren, analyzed every detail in her life and would try to connect the dots. I really enjoyed her character and how she always had a plan.
I did NOT expect this story to be so creepy! For some reason I always ended up reading it at night and wow, I was always scared. The characters, the plot, the writing style were all perfectly intertwined. I definitely recommend this book if you enjoy anything slow, creepy and with bits of a supernatural aspect!
