I got this book as an add on for Book of the Month club, and was super excited about the story line. I'm a sucker for thrillers and this was up my alley! I went into it with high hopes, and was sorely disappointed by the end. It was not what I expected at all. I was hoping for some crazy, outlandish reason why Lauren's babies were not her babies. Overall the book was good, and I kept reading because I wanted to know more, eagerly awaiting to find out the truth. In the end, I was truly disappointed. I have learned not to go into a book with certain expectations or assumptions or else I end up disappointed. I believe that if I went into this book without knowing the synopsis, I may have been more pleased with the ending.
