I enjoyed the premise of a changeling tale. I don't like the writing, characters, or how ungodly slow the plot was moving. I DO NOT NEED ALL OF THESE EXPLICIT DETAILS ON THE MC'S RECOVERY FROM GIVING BIRTH. Yes I understand the giving birth is not a walk in the park but TMI if there ever was an instance. Most importantly, it was not important to the plot. Then there were the characters and I was meh... about them. The writing did not inspire me to like them or make me want to keep reading. Cover though is doing it's job on the creepy side of things.
