Little Darlings takes the folklore tradition of the changeling, and transmits it into the modern age, all from an unreliable female narrative. Eery patterns are woven into this dark tale: from mysticism of twins, through ghostly visitors, to inexplicable events. What does a traumatic birth and paternal worldview do to a woman's judgement? Can we find answers to everything in the material world, or is there truth to the superstitions and otherworldly beliefs?
