I'm not sure what is more effective birth control in Little Darlings, the story of Lauren's delivery of twins, the apparent distance her husband is willing to put between her and his sons, or the creepy woman in the Labor and Delivery Unit that wants to steal her children. This is definitely dark, and if you had children may not be the best read unless you like scaring yourself. It doesn't draw me in as much as some of the other books previewed here, but still intriguing.
