This may be my bias speaking but after reading the first few chapters of this book, it feels like this will definitely appeal to fans of Xochitl Gonzalez' Olga Dies Dreaming.
Like Happiness reads like a novel that will balance a realistic portrayal of a character who is caught up in the web of fame, politics, and trauma.
I'm expecting shocking reveals and more on how the MC will navigate the story all throughout and if there will be curveballs that will completely shock me.
