I think this is a well written, appropriate and helpful book for teens that are especially into music. It's filled with great graphics and is formatted in chapters.
I really liked the chapter based on relationships. I especially found Pharrell Williams essay on being empathic enjoyable. I think our world has lost so much of its ability to be empathic. I enjoyed reading his thoughts and appreciate that each essay subject is explained clearly.
The chapter on patience also was well written. I think youth will be able to relate to and will listen to the essays in this book given the writers.
I like the smaller size of this hardcover book and again, the graphics are wonderful.
