Honestly, when I saw the cover of this book, I wasn't sure that I was going to like it. I don't really listen to hip-hop, but the author wrote it in a way that is appealing to a wider audience. Music is such a powerful way of communicating life lessons, and I really liked the inspiration behind this book. So, while I was initially a little hesitant, I would be interested to read the rest, as I suspect all of the stories will be important and applicable to most people.
