This seemed bordering on not self help but self reflection, informative, and sorta a book you’d see upon someone’s coffee table that’s been read but then just got sat down for decor afterwards. Which isn’t even a bad thing cause then company usually comes and picks up or looks between the pages to see what it it and this does have a super neat formatting to it with bright and colorful pages.
