I’m very excited about this book! It has all the right elements for an intriguing, suspenseful read! I love the simple yet slightly creepy cover. I like the idea of parallel narratives, which would keep me guessing on who is reliable. I enjoy varied perspectives. The theater tie-in adds a fun element, and also makes the reader wonder even more on who can be trusted. I am also interested in the Austin setting, as this is a place I’ve neved visited but always wanted to. I can see this being a novel that will keep me up at night trying to finish “just one more chapter,” and I enjoy that addictive factor! I want to feel attached to a book’s outcome, rather than having it be a chore to finish it.
