This book was interesting. The plot was unique and had me hooked to see how it would end.
Gabe and elyise both find themselves in toxic relationships and drama. Gabe has a sister with Down syndrome who he helps care and elyise trying to manage work,school and caring for her mom who is always high and losing jobs.
This story is told from both perspectives and how they are connected.
I thought the characters were unique and engaging. The story started off a little slow with elyise when gabe perspective was just right.
I would definitely be checking out this author for future books. This story was thrilling engaging.
