Creepy and filled with questions but not sure of its originality.

The ending of this first impression is so creepy because Sasha sounds very unstable and conniving. Poor Gabe, but I'm glad he found some guts to stand up for himself even though it doesn't sound like Sasha will take this lying down. I don't see, yet, how the two stories are going to connect, if they even do. I mean, they would, right? I'm also a little unsure of the originality here. I'm hoping I'll be thrown for a loop down the road but it's got the feel of some of the mystery YA books I've been reading lately where a conniving teen girl turns to murder out of jealousy or some other silly reason. We'll see!
