Already a mystery from the beginning
My initial impression of the cover...just what a mystery thriller should look like..a little dark, drastic, and intriguing. Pulled me right in.
For the content. That first page..writing style gripped me. We know we are in for a thriller of a mystery. The two main characters and their two unique stories, both Gabe and Elyse, are not typical teens from a typical high school. There is a little more drama, a little more grown up scenarios, a little more intrigue. One teen struggling to figure out who caused what happened to him. The other, just trying to be the best Juliet she can be.
