The most affluent members of society in New York belong to the Legacy Club. Potential members are chosen annually for an initiation week that ends with the Legacy Ball. Due to nepotism and unimaginable wealth, the majority of applicants are a lock. The Club's dark secrets, which are guarded by the privileged, are compromised when scholarship student Tori Tasso obtains a nomination, and not everyone will survive.
The book is tense from page one due to a murder, a parent going missing, a lawsuit that will soon be filed, and a scandal. The narrative keeps moving at a fast rate while switching between three points of view and providing tantalizing peeks of the a terrible Legacy Ball. Fans of The Inheritance Games, Pretty Little Liars, "eat the rich," and fantastic flair should read this novel, in my opinion!
