It's hard to review this book because my thoughts conflict about it. There was drama throughout the book, but it still felt like nothing was happening. I think this might be due to not liking the characters. There were only a few moments during the whole book when I actually liked them. I think that's why I didn't care for the book. Their personalities annoyed me. The all seemed selfish, even during the moments when they were supposed to be selfless. The drama also wasn't compelling.

By the time I got to the end, I was just waiting for the story to wrap up. I also felt like it was all dealt with too easily. Like suddenly everything is all right, and there is nothing to worry about. It just doesn't sit right with me.

Even with all of that, I still thought the book was okay. There was a lot of language, which I didn't care for, however, I do think it fit the characters personalities to speak like that. It just made up a lot of the book. Am I glad I read it? Not really. Am I angry I spent time reading it? Also no. I really don't know if the good outweigh the bad. I guess if the book sounds like your thing, I would recommend giving it a try. However, if you aren't sure if you would like it or not, I would recommend skipping it.

I don't feel a need to check out any other books from this author. The way this one was written I enjoyed, but the content of the book and how certain things worked out, just didn't work for me.
