I absolutely enjoyed reading Leave No Trace! The story was fast-paced and held my attention from beginning to end. I read the entire novel in two days and was unable to put it down.
The protagonist's story was well-developed and her arc flowed seamlessly with the story. I was so happy to read that Maya and Lucas ended up together. Admittedly, some details of Lucas' escape did seem a little farfetched, but nothing too ridiculous. I was impressed by how Ms. Mejia tied-in the death of Maya's mom with Josiah and Lucas' journey.
This book makes me want to search out my own Boundary Waters and escape the world for a while.
