With the intensity of this first chapter, I can't wait to read the rest of Leave No Trace. Maya seems like a really interesting character, and there's clear there's a lot more to her than we've learned in this first chapter. Who is Lucas, and what is his backstory that's led him to be the person we meet in this chapter? I'm totally invested in this one already.
